If you have any queries about your ENGAGE card, please call the ENGAGE Helpline on 0333 202 3642. The Helpline can reset your PIN, activate your card and arrange for money to be transferred from your account.
Our office remains closed to the public due to protect our members and staff. You can still contact us by telephone or email as our staff are working from home. We are keeping this under constant review and aim to open some information points as soon as it is safe and practical for us to do so.
We have changed some of our processes to enable us to work remotely so you may be asked to send information such as documents to verify your identity electronically. We may also use video calling to verify your identity whilst our office is closed.
If you usually make payments in a shop or Post Office with your Allpay card you should try and use another payment method to avoid the need to leave your home and come in contact with other people. You can use the Allpay app on your phone or computer or you can make payments directly from your bank account (please contact us for account details). If you are struggling to make your usual payments please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss your situation and make alternative arrangements where possible.
